      The following steps should be completed on the users account.

            1) Go to sunapsis.cumberland.edu
            2) Login as the user
            3) Install sunapsis software
            4) run sunapsis launcher
            5) input sunapsis.cumberland.edu
            6) install package for sunapsis.cumberland.edu
