Student First Releasing a Student Account Hold

At the Student First homepage scroll down to the list of your advisees and click the name of the person you want to release the hold from.


Then navigate to the “Holds” option in the menu on the left-hand side.


Here select the Hold you want to release then click the “Release” button at the top of the menu.


Then enter your reason for the release, then click the “Submit” button.


After clicking submit the list of holds for the student will update with the release date and reason.
