Student First - Current Advisee List Report
How to View Current Advisee List Report
Step 1:
Navigate to the Faculty Portal of Student First by clicking Here
Step 2:
Navigate to Reporting Tools in the red column on the left side of the screen
Step 3:
In the screen that appears, select the Student Enrollments report
Step 4:
In the top right corner, select the drop down icon next to Select a Saved View
Step 5:
Select Current Advisee List - Shared by PAGE, MELISSA
Step 6:
Once the new view populates, select the Three Dot Menu next to Academics Advisor
Step 7:
Select Filter
Step 8:
Type in your last name and then select it from the drop down menu
Step 9:
Select the blue Filter Button
Step 10:
The view will not refresh and it will only show the advisees assigned to the advisor you have selected
Important Information:
This report is only viewable by Program Directors and Advisors
