Scanning To Network Folder
Step 1:
Sign in to Papercut
Tap on the Access Device button in the middle.
Step 2:
Tap on the scan button.
Step 3:
Tap on the Scan to Network Folder.
Step 4:
From this page, you will insert the Documents that you are wanting to scan. Then tap on the load button under Quick Sets and Defaults.
Step 5:
On the right side, you will pick the folder that corresponds with your department and destination and hit Load.
Step 6:
The correct folder will then populate in the folder path. Then name your file so that you can locate it when you send it. Then press send.
Step 7:
This page will show up after you hit send. Insert your computer login password here in the password tab and hit ok. This then should send the scan to the public network drive in your department's folder under the folder name @ Scanned Documents. From here find the document that you named and you have successfully scanned to a network folder
