Employee Password Reset

Employee Password Reset

To reset your password and gain access to your accounts, please use this link. Select the Legal First Name option, then enter your first name, last name, and social security number. Then, click Submit. You should now see some information beneath Processing Output, including your email address, your portal handle (CAMS username), and your printer pin.

From here, click the Continue button. DO NOT CLICK RESET. You will be shown two boxes to create your new password. Please be sure to follow the password creation rules on the left-hand side of the page. If you do not follow these rules your new password will not be processed, and the screen will simply stay static. If this happens, please refresh the page and try again.

Once you have entered your desired password, click Submit. If the password change is successful, you will be shown a prompt at the bottom of the screen indicating this change. Using the Reset Password Tool will set the same password for your email, CAMS, and Canvas. If you have any further issues, please submit a ticket by emailing support@cumberland.edu. Thank you and have a great rest of your day!
