Confirming Final Grades in Student First
How to Input Grades Into Student First
Step 1:
Click “Academics” then “Grade Processing” in the left-hand side menu

Step 2:
Search for the course you want to confirm the final grades for. In this example we are confirming the grades for the course IT 415.

Step 3:
To get to the following screen please ensure you are in the FINAL GRADES tab at the top. When grades are brought over automatically, it will look like the following, and display the students and their numeric and letter grades. Confirm these are the expected grades, or adjust grades as needed, then click the “apply” button for each student’s grade.

Step 4:
If the grades are incorrect or not what is expected, hit cancel and you can manually adjust them. It will look like the below screenshot.

Student First Changing Semester
At the home page of Student First click the pencil icon above the “Profile” block Scroll down until you see the “User Preferences” menu. Then select the semester you want to view from the drop down menu, then click save.
